Kashmir group packages

Group travel is where our pricing model pays off most obviously. Because every quote is a total for the group rather than a per-person rate, the cost per head falls steadily as the group grows — from about ₹13,600 each for two people to around ₹7,700 each at twenty.

What comes with a group booking

• Tempo Traveler or coach transport for the whole trip, not day taxis assembled per outing.
• A dedicated coordinator travelling with the group.
• Meals served together on a fixed plan, which is considerably easier than twenty people ordering separately.
• Twin and triple sharing arranged to suit the group rather than the hotel.

• Kashmir 4N/5D — ₹70,500 for eight or ₹96,600 for twelve, about ₹8,050 a head at the top tier.
• Grand Kashmir Group Tour — built for ten or more over five nights, from ₹82,500 for ten down to ₹7,700 a head at twenty.
• Corporate Team Outing — offsites and incentive trips, quoted to your headcount and hotel category.

Practical notes for large groups

Book earlier than you think, particularly for May, June and the Diwali window — hotels in Gulmarg and Pahalgam hold limited inventory and twenty rooms is a real ask in peak season. Gondola tickets also need booking well ahead for a group of that size. Anything above twenty, or custom dates, we quote directly.
